IELLO – 51265 – For Sale Game – French version – Cheap Price

Bid skilfully to buy prestigious properties without breaking the bank. Once all of the properties are distributed, sell your assets at the right time to rake in massive cheques and force your opponents to pay a high price to become the King of Real Estate. Aim of the game: the game is played in two stages: the buying stage and selling stage, played in several rounds. The buying property stage: place in the centre of the table as many ‘Maison’ cards as there are players. Players place bids one after the other by putting money in front of them. If a player passes, they pick up the smallest Maison card left available and they pick up half of their bid. The last player, who will pick up the card with the highest value can spend the entirety of their bid. When all of the ‘Maison’ cards have been bought, the property selling stage begins. The selling property stage: place in the centre of the table as many ‘Chèque’ cards as there are players. All of the players choose a ‘Maison’ card from their hand and they reveal it at the same time. The player who plays the ‘Maison’ card with the highest value, takes the highest cheque, and so on and so forth. When all the ‘Maison’ cards have been sold and that all of the cheques have been collected, the richest player is declared the winner.
